Bryan Nelson

Bryan oversees the Human Capital Management and Executive Benefit practice areas for Castle Hill Benefit Group.  He works with our clients and prospects senior management and HR teams to thoroughly understand their culture and how employees view their retirement, health and welfare benefits. Bryan collaborates closely with C-Level Executives and Senior Management to help design their overall group benefit and retirement strategy.  

Internally, Bryan is a thought leader with a strong involvement in supporting the Castle Hill culture and provides expertise in financial modeling and company communication.  In addition, Bryan focuses on business development and advancing the Castle Hill brand in the marketplace.

Prior to founding Castle Hill Benefit Group, Bryan was a co-founder and the COO of HR Knowledge, an HR Outsourcing Solutions firm with offices in the greater Boston area.  Bryan has spent over 20 years in the Employee Benefits, Executive Benefits, HR Outsourcing, and HR Consulting space.  Prior to co-founding HR Knowledge, Bryan worked at HR Logic, a Fidelity Capital Company, as a Senior Regional Account Manager.  Bryan began his career at ADP (Automatic Data Processing) in 1994. Bryan earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing from Bentley University.

Bryan resides west of Boston with his wife Su and three daughters.  Outside of the office, Bryan enjoys watching his daughters on the Lacrosse and Soccer fields, skiing with the entire family, and spending time together on Martha’s Vineyard.
